Flat Roof - which board ?

We are having to have the flat roof renovated approx 3.5M X 2M -
The old board was chipboard which has gone soggy so I am a bit wary of particle boards.

The roofer proposed Stirling board or should we go for marine ply ?
How well does stirling baosrd stand up to moister ?

Hi dal5band,

Marine ply is too expensive. Just use a normal 18mm ply or sterling board as your roofer suggested. You will have not problems there. I gather you are putting felt the roof?

Thanks - Yes normal felt roof. It's fairly sheltered by the house and has lasted 30 years even with chipboard !!
