flexible adesive and grout

just wondering if it better to use flexible adesive and grout on stud walls rarther than normal stuff?

By "normal stuff" are you refering to pre-mixed tub adhesive?
What size are your tiles?
What surface are you tiling onto?

i mean normal ready mixed adesive and powder grout
the flexi ive got are both adesive and grout powder

ive just used the flexi for my floor and got some left so thought it may be a good idea using it on the stud walls to combat movement

the stud walls are wood frame with skimmed plaster board the tile sizes are 250x400cm

I certainly hope you mean 250x400mm and not cm cause those would be pretty large tiles!
Ideally you should be using powdered adhesive for tiles that size anyway. You should have no problem using the adhesive you have.
