flexible border ?

OK this was my first attempt at laying a floor I started in the hall and now I want to do the rest of the house but I have a problem with the door frames although I have laid the floor and done mitre joints with a wood strip border all around the skirting and stairs where 45* joints were required and it all looks good I realise I should have cut into the door frames and slid it under but I didn't and now its to late so my question:
Is there any way I can make this look good is there any flexible border I can work with for the door frames that I could bend around or a collar for the frames I could fit on that would cover the small gap I have. Any advise would be a big help
