Floor levelling/repair over bitumen adhesive

Hi
I need to repair areas around the edge of a Dining room.
It has Marley tile surface which is in decent condition as carpet has always been laid over it
Carpet has been removed

When removing gripper the edges of the tiles have broken and come away in pieces

I intend covering the floor with vinyl flooring off a roll.
So I would like to repair the floor around the room back to the level of the existing tiles.
Where the tiles have broken away there is a residue of the original adhesive (bitumastic?)
What product can I use for this application please?

When a professional floor layer did my kitchen, it had bitumen in some places and he used "ordinary" floor leveller afaik.
