I want to have exposed floor boards in the bedrooms/landing, however there are a fair old few gaps in between them.

Does anyone have any sollutions?

I have read about a product called draughtex but i cant see how this stays in place as it uses no adhesive?

Thanks in advance

Remove all of the boards and relay them so there are no gaps, preferably fixing them with screws.

You will be left with a substantial gap at the edge of the room.
Remove a board from another room (which will have carpet or whatever in it) to fill the gap and replace that with a new board. (new one won't match, but won't be seen either)

Sand & finish the floor as desired.

For a quality job, the skirting should be removed first, and replaced after the floor is finished.

All of the above will take much longer and cost significantly more than a decent carpet.
