Hi there
I am knocking from my kitchen through to my living room which has a laminate floor which I would like to preserve if at all possible. My plan was to lay the kitchen flooring (which will probably be vinyl) and extend it slightly into the living room by cutting back the laminate and somehow joining the two flooring types together. Any ideas of how I could do this or am I completely nuts?!
Thanks
Al :)

no problem with this job ,

when the wall comes down make sure you protect the old laminate floor , with old carpet or layers of carboard from falling rubble .... then match up both with a nice brass edging ,:)

hope this helps :)
