Just thinking, if it is 1/2 inch bore coming all the way from the water authorities stop cock that could be your problem. Modern thinking is to supply a minimum of 25mm o/d (18mm bore), 35mm is recommended
If the input to your house is a fair bit away from the meter/ext stop cock you will get a pressure loss relative to the length of the run not to mention the flow rate being insufficient with this size of pipe
You might have to have the whole run replaced for a larger size so hold fire with your cutting out of the items in your pic. Maybe consult your water supplier first
