Flush Pipe Doesnt fit Pan

Should the flush pipe insert into the inner hole (shown with red arrow) ?

it doesn't the hole is slightly too small ..

the flush pipe diameter is 44mm .

I bought the stuff from BetterBathrooms :rolleyes:

and the quality of the parts is , well, less than i had hoped for ! :cry:

No the flush pipe just fits in the flush cone that fits into the outer hole.

thanks seco I thought i was going to have to file out the inner part.

there is not a lot of space for the cone t fit in- length wise (of the outer opening).

i think this may be tricky .

i will persevere though.

Just measured the outside diameter of a flush pipe for you - 37mm!
You don't want them going through far or you start to come against something and restrict flow.
