Flyscreen, At Risk. Not to current standards?

If you carry out a spillage test and it passes when it is closed is it NCS? Or At Risk? Some of em cannot be removed without ripping out vent altogether. :cry:

Err the Unsafe Situation book 6th edition (Gas Safe), I have now checked this. On page 47,section 6 and all sub-sections 6.3 thru to 6.6. In 6.4 it says ' Air supply ventilators for open-flued and flueless appliances, which incorporate gauzes or fly screens or are closeable' IS AR

Doesn't matter on the size of the vent could be 6ft x 6ft - if its got a flyscreen, its AR
