Footings

Hi guys
Can anyone give an estimate of how wide and deep my footings should be to support a single story extension pitch tiled roof with solid air block 225mm.
The ground is heavy soil well compacted.

450mm wide, 300mm deep strip (bottom of footing at least 900mm below ground level - as an estimate. Unless its used for commerical/office use or has concrete flooring.

Just need an estimate for a guide on the cost of readymix.
My builder when employed will do the exact calculations.
