Franklin taps

Hi, please help me don't throw me off not sure where to go with this, please redirect me. The tap is a Franklin Davos 2000
I have replaced the disc on these twice in five years cost me absolute fortune, they were in place when I purchased my property. The discs have now gone again on the hot water and virbrate sounds throughout the house. I really think they are a big con cannot find anyone priced under £20.00 per tap disc plus pp and vat. therefore 29.00 per disc.

I now want to replace with just a good old fashioned tap with washers, I need to know about fittings etc., can I just replace these taps. Yawn, yawn, single parent. any ideas can I just transfer the taps. thanks for any help.

Hi..I take it you mean the Franke Davos 2000.

The ceramic disc is guaranteed for 5 years so go back to where you bought the last one and ask for a new one under the terms of their warranty. Or ring Franke
