Freezer making rumbling noise

My freezer keeps making loud rumbling noises that come and go during the day. They are not coming from a fan but definitely seem to be coming from the coils in the freezer. Any idea how to stop the noise?

Defrosting it for 48 hours would be a good place to start.

Thanks for the reply. I defrosted it and when I turned it back on it started rumbling again. Any other ideas on how to stop the noise?

Ive got a matsui fridge freezer that did the same thing.
I adjusted the feet so it didnt wobble about and also used a spirit level on the top to get it perfectly level both from font to back and side to side axis. had to use thin wood chocks at the rear as the floors uneven
sorted it out great.
