I have a Grant Euroflame 50/90 Kitchen/Utility System Boiler. It has a standard high level horizontal balanced flue which exits the house via the wall to the side of the boiler.
The flue exits on a fairly exposed wall and when the wind is blowing onto that wall, we get a fairly strong smell of fumes in the room where the boiler is located. I can only assume that the wind is blowing the fumes back down the flue again, since when there is no wind or the wind is coming from the opposite direction we do not really get a problem.
Is there anything I can do about this problem? Do Grant do some sort of windshield? I can't see anything on their website.
Any help greatly appreciated.
