check its getting power
if power is their check for resistance with the mains power off.
should be about 3.4 ohms.

Hi, thanks appreciate the reply. I think you are right the Solenoid valve is gone. Is that something I could change myself? I can do electrical but not plumbing... Not sure if replacing it involves any water work?

easy to do isolate the water and elecy.
cost about £30

you'll be ok isolate the water feed to shower and elecy then they come out quite easy 1/2 hour job.
