Hi,
My shower has stopped producing hot water. Last night I turned down the temperature to do some cleaning and when I turned it on this morning I couldn't get the temperature to go back up. I have turned it off and on at the power supply. Its only just over a year old (typical!) and we move house next week so really need to get it working for the new owner.
Any help/advice would be appreciated

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I figured out the TCO is the thermal cut out, how do I check it. We took the front off the shower (turned off power first!), but didn't know where to go from there, tried google but no results have helped.
thanks,

set your multi meter to continuity test and place a probe on each end of the tco, it should bleep.

as you said test with power isolated.

if your meter hasn't got continuity test for 230v AC on bothsides of the tco.
test with mains power on.
