Gainsborough shower running cold.

We have just noticed our shower running cold was ok last time we used it.

I fitted it myself and have checked MCB there is power to pullcord box both in and out.
There is a good live to the terminal block inside the shower.
there is no neon indicators on the shower itself so cant see whatswhat.
checked water pressure-all ok

Model is quite new well no more than 18months old and is used about 3 times a week.

its a 10.5k and silver in colour wasnt that cheap to buy.

Any ideas ?

It is still under warranty?

Even if not, I would consult the manufacturer.
