Gap between flags and fence

Hello. My shed is on some flags, then a gap and then concrete fence panels. The gap has a tendency to fill with leaves and debris. What would be the best way to fill the gap pls? Sand cement mix or ready to use concrete? Many thanks.

Does rainwater also drain into the gap? If so, where will it go after you infill it?

Thats a good question. The gap has never filled with water but yes rain water would go in there. The shed and flags are surrounded by the garden. So the rain water will either sit on top of the flags and eventually run onto the grass...

Dig down a couple of inches and add some gravel or chippings of your choice

Sharp sand/cement mix. Gravel will just invite pesky weeds.
