Hello,all,
Our garage is 6" lower than next doors path, which runs the length of the garage.
She has a drain pipe which pumps water straight on to the path. No drainage.
Our garage floor is constantly damp,it has a damp course, but not high enough.
Could it be possible to hack off the old rotten rendering, apply some lead flashing the length of the garage,(in the angle at floor level between the path and the bottom of the garage wall).then render over the top.?
The flashing at the floor level could be fitted under the block paving?? By lifting then refitting after??
But then again ,could the water then run into the garage under the flashing?
Thanks for reading this post and any help would be great appreciated
