Hi. Hope someone can help please. We have an enclosed carport that has been turned into a garage. The flooring is grey block paving. We recently laid rubber penny matting on the block paving but after a while is causing damp between the block paving and underside of matting. Am I right in thinking this is because the blocks need to breath? Would there be any way to stop the dampness?
