Garden Office\Salon - guidence appreciated

Well if they happen to come back and say it doesn't need planning then job done. If only I could find that appeal!

Or just apply for planning permission for it.

I like the idea of applying for planning to run a business from my own home as I guess this covers all aspects, but say I apply to run the business from my home without the shed then add the shed at a later date - would I need to re apply? As in theory nothing has changed Im still working from home just in a different building - obviously building the shed to building regs.
