gas boiler - help

We are about to sell my mother's house and need some advice about the boiler. Ideal Standard Resonse 120 and about 5 years old.
When Mum had her central heating installed she insisted she did not want it upstairs as she didn't like warm bedrooms. The boiler is working well, has been regularly serviced and runs 5 radiators downstairs. Is it possible to add 3 upstairs radiators? We don't want to give the wrong advice to potential buyers and would rather be honest and tell them if they need to put in a bigger boiler.

Many thanks for helpful reply. Didn't want to mislead anyone but can now say it should be ok. The way things are with house buying/selling right now it could be really off-putting if someone thought they'd have to replace the whole system.
