Gas Flue distance from shed?

I want to install a 10x7 shed next to my house but its close to my gas flue (old square natural flow flue).

It would be about 8" between end of flue and the shed. The flue sit 6+ feet up and the lowest point of the shed (apex) roof would be around that height also.

Is this just too close? What would be the recommended distance?
