Hi can anyone help please I had a combi boiler fitted some years ago by a plumber who is not about no more I am selling my flat and have had a gas safe engineer signed off-the-peg boiler is this enough to sell or does it need to have building regs compliance cert

The Solicitor will purchase the policy for you but will CHARGE you for the policy as well as a larger bill for his time spent getting it.
