Im in the process of writing a business plan for a MFC cut and edge company. I already have all the machinery required as I currently produce fitted bedrooms to the general public. I want to now branch out to the Trade and DIY'ers selling cut and edged panels.

Do you think there would be demand for this service??

We can also make MFC 2mm doors for kitchens and bathrooms.

i would search to see what your competitors have to offer etc before branching out.
if your market is flooded then i would say its rocky ground,but it also depends on the cost of said items.
will they be competitive with others ?
or

what would you offer that others do not?
