German Power washer

My father in law has just become an owner of a 110v german power washer when we took the plug of we are faced with three cables with the colours of Green, Black & White does anybody know what would be earth, live and neutral cheers

110V and german don't seem to match up

green black and white sounds like a north american appliance if this is the case its
green-earth
black-live
white-neutral
but if its a 110V appliance you don't wan't to be connecting it directly to european mains.

it was definately german made, luckily it came with manual and I just had to strip it down to where connections were made to find out what was pos and neg, Black=neg white=pos and green=earth

as has been said, it may be german made, but built for America, i wouldn't plug it directly to the mains if i were you.

you could always google for it and see what it says

yeah no worries it won't be plugged into mains have a 110v tranny
