Getting Beko door seal band off

just a repost.. Iv'e a beko washing machine and need to get the front panel off.
the problem is i dont know how to get the door seal nd off without damaging anything.
i've tried youtube but the demos are too quick and camera too far off, or elbows blocking the view.

can anyone tell me how to get the band off?
