Glidden Trade Vinyl Matte - Dilute or not?

Should i water this stuff down or not, from researching through recent posts i was under the understanding trade paints get watered down unlike retail. But reading the tin it doesn't say i should unless i'm painting an absorbant surface.

Have already applied mist coat with cheapo B&Q shyte.

Glidden like Dulux doesnt tend to come up a bit on the 'dry' side IMO...I would 'stick a drop in it'

I use quite a bit of Gliddens and would agree with Zampa. It still ciovers quite well anyway when watered down.
