glow worm 100e

hi, can anyone help, i have a glow worm 100e flow ,i only get hot water sometimes,i replaced the flow switch,which made no difference,i turned the tap on and off with the flow switch taken off,and the pin stays in all the time,any ideas ,anyone ..dave

have you replaced the diaphram/membrane?

no,just noticed aswell,when the hot water does work the heating does not.

change the membrane (rubber diaphram). The hot water has priority over the heating, they cannot work simultaneously. Glow worm do a fixed price of £215 01773 828100

thanks for that i will try and get the parts tommorow,will i get them from plumb center

Put some wd40 on the 4 screws before removing membrane housing, i've had a few of the screws rounding off and me having to take 45mins on a 10min job.

Also if you decide to buy the complete housing and membrane, do not use the supplied screws that come with it, they don't fully tighten.
