Apologies if some of this doesn't make sense - got back from holiday this morning (5am) to find power supply off, fridge and freezer defrosted and boiler off......I'm tired!!
Basically, have a Glow Worm 30FF, pilot light not on, so have switched power off and on again, adjusted the thermostat control to turn the boiler on and nothing has happened, fan doesn't operate etc.
So went to press the reset button and it's already sunk, so unable to press, is there anything I need to do to make the button pop out or is it likely that the reset button is broken - hence the boiler not kicking back in??
Am I missing something - should there be something else I need to do??
Any help would be greatly appreciated
