Glow Worm Space Saver 80 BR Not firing

sad day today as my boiler / central heating packed up just when the weather turns cold.. typical eh??

It keeps blowing the fuse as it is about to fire (after switching it to on) ..

where do I start??

Any input is gratefully appreciated.

Disconnect the wiring to the pump, try the boiler, set on low heat to see if the fuse blows.
