tonights conundram..

glowworm ultimate , single fuse, fanned flue system boiler.

on deamnd for heat starts for two seconds turns off repeats half a dozen times before shutting down completely.

the fans and pump both run for two seconds max, two neons on the pcb are illuminated

the pcb is ok the aps micro switch is working the thermostat is working

whats stopping the thing running..

I would say again it's the pcb then.

Been told by Glowworm to disconnect the pump first to see if it makes any difference.

It was the PCB that time aswell

single fused is the pcd. double fused if both fuses are o.k is the pcb, if no 2 fuse blown , its an external pump prob.

not the fuse(swapped even thou looked good and tested sound), not the pcb (swapped), not the pump(swapped head for known good one..)
