Hi all,

Boiler issues this morning...Glow Worm making a loud buzzing when trying to light. I've taken a short video of the pcb, would be grateful for any suggestions.

It seems to fire up ok for a moment but cuts out with the buzzing. You can see neon sequence and flashing diode. Turn the volume up!

Thanks 45years - fan starts briefly but also cuts out with the buzzing. The sequence sounds as though it's lighting correctly until the buzzing starts and then everything cuts out.

It could be several things causing your fault. Components need to be checked and some are inside the boiler. As such, we are not permitted to give any advice on how to repair it. A decent boiler and easily repaired by a gassafe engineer.

Ok no problem, thanks anyway. I wouldn't attempt it myself but wondered if anyone knew what might be the problem.

It's the fan relay on the pcb
