Gloworm Compact 100e - No Hot Water, CH ok.

No Hot water on Gloworm Compact 100e, changed the diverter diaphragm and the domestic hot water flow micro switch but still no hot water? The green lights come on for HW when demanded, and CH when HW turned off. Any pointers please?

diverter diaphram? or did you mean DHW flow switch housing diaphram?
Is housing plunger moving out?
