GLOWORM KFB 50 PROBLEM

Gloworm KFB 50 .Help...no hot water or c/h .2 neon lights on pcb , fan working but no ignition. changed pcb, now 3 neon lights lit and spark across pcb ok but pilot not lighting.....Head bursting!! novice..

Have you pushed the ignition lead onto the pcb properly?

Yes have checked it several times over. Do you think it could be a problem with the ht lead or electrode itself. Maybe the pilot jet blocked? Am clutching at straws at the moment. appreciate the reply...

well if you have a spark is it reaching the ignition electrode? are the connections good to the pilot solenoid?. Could be damaged lead, gas valve, pilot blockage etc but if it was working ok before the pcb went down check all your connections.

Thanks.. I think I'll go down the line of getting the ignition lead changed
Have disconnected the electrode and there appears to be no spark to light the pilot, could it be lead or electrode ? Will have to wait till Tuesday to get part. thanks again for your comments.Should not be too expensive I hope? Was changing boiler in Summer, hope it will limp along till then!!
