Glowworm 38 hot water but no CH

Hi all
Need some help please, any advice welcome.

I have a new property with an old GW saver 38 boiler. The boiler runs fine and has been heating water. I have tried to get the CH on today and failed.
There is a simple digital timer with a clock, four timer settings and either ON or Timer. There is no HW or HW/CH selection so I have assumed it does both together controlled by a tank stat?
I cannot locate a room stat anywhere, can it run without one?

The Timer is set ok and lights up to suggesting a call to the boiler

I am lost what to try now.....

I would say to have the heating operate you would have to have a circulating pump and if the pump don't work you don't get heating.

4 pipes coming off boiler? ? old gravity system.

If you dont have a room stat .
Find the pump and see if the wire supplying it goes into a switch.
