Glowworm space-saver 45-60 keeps blowing the fuse

I have a Glowworm 45-60 boiler and when i turned on the pump to it, it blew the fuses to the boiler and the pump, i have replaced the fuses but i can turn the boiler on and it will stay on for a short while then shutdown.Please can anyone help me as i cant get hold of my heating engineer for a few days and i am starting to feel a bit cold now .

when you switch it on is the pump running ??

When i switch the pump on it blows the fuse but if i leave it off and just leave the the boiler on it will stay on for a short while then turn itself off.
The system i have got is the watertank upstairs where it heats the tank hope that helps not very good at this am i sorry
