Hello,
I am building a hardwood frame to be glued on to the inside of a metal door on a narrowboat.
I don't want to screw through from the other side.
What adhesive would you recommend.
Things that have been suggested;
epoxy glue
silicone
silicone adhesive
polyurethane glue
no nails
I am confused ! WHICH?

Thankyou Steve

For permanency, Araldite epoxy resin adhesive.....keep any gaps minimal, clamp the wood in place if you can, scratch the timber joining face to give a key.

You should use.."Sticks like Sh*t"or "Stixall"... Nowt else will do it as well.... Get it at a builders merchant or Screwfix...
