Hello! I'm an incredibly inexperienced DIY-er and need help figuring out what type of paint would work best for a vanity. I'm in the process of updating the boring bedroom set I've had since childhood, and am clueless as to what type of paint to use on my vanity/makeup station. I just finished painting my dresser with chalk paint and am very happy with the way it looks, but I'm hesitant to use the same on the vanity because I'm not sure that it's washable/scrubbable enough for a high use piece of furniture that I get pretty messy on a regular basis. I don't really care about my furniture matching so the paint doesn't need to be able to mimic the look of my chalk painted dresser. I just want something that's easy for a novice to use and that will clean up easily. My vanity is made of painted wood, if that matters.
