A mate kindly mixed up my camshafts. They were on paper on the garage floor in order and he mixed them up.
Any way of knowing which is exhaust and which is intake?
I have fitted them the way I think they go and hand cranked the engine to watch exhaust and intake valves opening etc, and they look roughly right, but I don't know how precise the valve overlap has to be and whether I definitely have them in the right way.
Any ideas? They have cast numbers on the shafts.
Cheers
