grab adhesive on gravel boards

hi guys - can you use stuff like screwfix grab adhesive or no nails to stick wooden gravel boards to recessed concrete fence posts ?..i ask this because the gravel boards that im about to put on are not extactly in the centre where the hole is on the post...itsa about 2 inches from the top of the gravel board , i can still get a bolt throught but they wouldnt bet that secure..i thought id try grab adhesive..ta

It's a wooden gravel board? So could you try drilling another hole in the right place?

ta...ill give it a go, but dont fancy drilling through 6 inches of concrete...dont think my drill can hndle it...but will attempt one in the morning...

I meant drill another hole in the wooden gravel board, not in the concrete post!
