Just looked in Euroflame manual and:

Nozzle - 0.75 60deg EH
Pump - 7 Bar
180 degrees flue temp
11.5 CO2

Thats @ 23.5 kW output, the middle of range so your measurements/settings seem a tad out. For Max settings the pump pressure is 9.5 Bar other settings & nozzle the same.

no i put in a 0.75, 80EH

So what did you take out??
