Hi, We had run out of oil. Noticed in a few hours and turned boiler off. After oil delivery, water heats up but heating rads do not. Previously had similar problem and a photo cell was not detecting oil. It was a 10 min job by our plumber and cost £60. Could it be the same this time? We have also had the three way valve replaced 18 months ago. Can we do anything ourselves or does this need another call out? Thank you!
