I have a copper pipe, a spare copper pipe that came as part of the boiler kit!
Its about eight inches long with a brass nut on it and fits to the secondary heat exchanger. It says CH return on it but I am very curious if this can be right on this machine??
Surely it cant be right for my system return pipework to flow through this into the secondary heat exchanger??
Surely my return pipework would fit to the bottom tappings on HE?

Please enlighten me on this point

The RETURN will go into the SECONDARY heat exchanger to remove residual heat from the flue gasses before they exit through the flue.

The return water then goes into the PRIMARY heat exchanger to be warmed as per conventional boiler.

If in doubt, ring the manufacturer!

Cheers Leaky. I have fitted Worcester before but its been a few years now.
I had phoned them, they were as confused as I was!
