Tiling a bathroom at the moment and all the tiles are up, straight and well secured. I'm finding the grouting a slow, messy process. Is there anyone who sells grout in a tube? I could squeeze it into the gaps and wipe off the excess in no time at all, surely? Any idea's anyone?

grouting is made far easier with a flexible foam/rubber float for about 3 quid in b and q,you can push it nicely into the gaps and wipe off any excess with one foul swoop

Unibond do it in an aerosol. I used it once cause a customer had bought it to patch in a few tiles. It's garbage - the grout all sunk and left holes all over the place. Stay away from it.
Use a powdered grout and (as mentioned), use a grout float. It's a doddle.

Ok chaps thanks for the advice. I'm using a Plasplugs spreader and it's got a rubber edge that's absolutely solid- no give in whatsoever. Think I'll head off to b&q instead.....
