Can I grout over old grout?

I have some points of failure in grout, that need to be filled. But I cant find the colour anymore. So I just want to use a new grout, and match everything up. Is this possible?

You can grout over grout yes.
What colour can't you find? What colour are you going to?
If you're going for a different colour (no matter how subtle the difference) you'd better make sure you rake down all the old grout well or believe me you'll be able to see the old grout shade conflicting with the new in places. You might be able to remove the old grout chemically but I know nothing at all about that. There's a few mushes on here (Mudster springs to mind) that could probably tell you about them.
It's not a fun task that you've set yourself there and I'd really try very hard to find the original colour before you opt for change.
Cheers,

Thinks it was peach! But there was some repair work done, and a different colour was used. Hence I want to bring everything to same colour.

I plan to do a complete overhaul of the bathroom in the future anyway (and it does not look that bad really). But was going to do it, to keep it looking the same.
