you need to ask how to change 3 wires CHRIST even a yank can manage that 
lol, no seriously though in a junction box there are like dozens of wires in different rubber holes!! just didn't want to get any in the wrong holes!!!
change one at a time then

So if you didnt take them out how would you get them in wrong holes.
The doesn`t add up is you must live in the house that jack built in past fortnight you have changed pump / changed ball valve/ changed syphon on toilet but been asking about another type altogether aswell/surrey flange for shower/been routing around your airing cupboard and your mates/ asked how to cut a flue hole/doing a bath/ seem to know how hard nvq exam is etc etc
And thats not to mention the dripping DONUT

Simple 8th white wire on left should go to the red on the right,
big brown one goes to the toaster

Im off to bed now got a hard day tomorrow burying an old work mate at lunchtime absolute gentleman he was . Then we will be toasting him and his stories for most of the day.
From all the different plumbing topics you have been posting recently it seems very clear to me that you are dabbling at working in plumbing!
Rather than doing jobs without really understanding whats going on why dont you either sign up for a recognised course or go unpaid for work experience with a well experienced plumber?
