guardall alarm system playing up

Hi all, I have a guardall panel which was fitted by chubb many many years ago, it hasnt been on contract for about 2 years but has been working fine since the last few days.
the expander has lost power to the PIRs connected and is in tamper, and the PIRs connected to the panel seem to go into tamper when you walk past them so ive had to cover them up to stop an internal alarm happening all the time.
I changed the battery last year when i serviced the system and the battery is reading 13.1v, so i dont see the battery being a problem.
Would be good if someone could help as it would be nice to be able to use the alarm again.

Get Chubb back out to it, don't think many people fit guardall.

might have to, do chubb have bells only systems though or will they want me to start a contract with them again?

May be cheaper replacing control panel.

was thinking about replacing the panel with a menvier m series panel or a galaxy
