Can anyone help me,i live in a first floor 2 bed flat and i have a large cupboard in my hall which i think use to be the coal shed years ago,i am looking to house my washing machine and tumble dryer in there,the cupboard is next to the bathroom so plumbing wouldnt be a problem and i have access to electricity in there too,only thing im not sure of is if i can have the tumble dryer in there whilst on,or would a conddensor box be ok?

Could you duct the tumble dryer (possibly with an in-line fan) or replace with a condensing dryer?
