Halstaed boiler ace high Air pressure problem

Hi could anyone help I have a problem with halstead boiler.

I have removed the air pressure tube from the air pressure switch to fan and the boiler provides lots of hot water, however if I connect back to the fan the fan outs in and out and only get a little hot water.

I have replaced the air pressure switch and this make no difference.

I have cleaned venturi and has air flow but makes no difference, however when I examine the venturi at one end its like a bell shape and it has been mishaped and my not be allowing appropiate air flow could anyone aavise please.

Venturis on these are extremely prone to causing problems. The fact it is damaged seems very likely it needs replacing.
