Halstead Ace High 102 how to clean venturi?

Hi Just replaced dhw heat exchanger as the hot water was getting cool when turning tap on half way and full.

However after replacing the heat exchanger the same problem exits.
Spoken to halstead tech dept and they suggest cleaning the venturi as when I take off the burner cover the boiler stays lighted.

Could anyone advise me how to remove fan to clean venturi please. The manual indicates just removing 2 screws

This involves removing the fan.

Are you Corgi registered, as i wouldnt advise doing it if not. Messing with an important component which is directly connected to the flue system.
